Processing Time

After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 2 to 3 business days is required to review, pick, pack, and ship your order.

Carrier

All shipments are sent using Canada Post Xpresspost service. All of our prices include shipping costs so there are no surprises. Shipping time within Ontario is typically overnight and 2-3 days for the rest of Canada.  This does not include any potential for weekends, inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for shipping outside of Canada will be the responsibility of the consumer.

BACKORDERS

We allow some of our product to be backordered. If a product is backordered there will be a 5-8 business day additional processing time while we restock.

If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with Canada Post tracking service. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. Please check your Spam inbox if you do not receive this tracking information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thecbdclinic.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price noted on your receipt, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for the regular price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can exchange items within 3 days of receiving the product if unopened. Please contact us at info@thecbdclinic.ca  for more information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Make sure the PO box # is accurate or we will not be able to receive your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 3 days. Please contact us using the contact form and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently ship outside of Canada. Please contact us if you have any questions about international shipping.
